I guess that's what I'd call the thing, it's the black plastic piece below the front bumper that will hit a low lying rock and get partially torn off ( way to go, dumb A. ) Where to get one and how much ?

How did you know I tore mine off? :D After getting angry about doing it I liked the look and threw the old one in the garbage and never looked for a new one. Ebay has one for $50
 
It's supposed to add fuel mileage and increase radiator cooling. If I took the Dodge offroad I'd remove it. Since I have the Jeep the plastic stays.
 
Air Dam

Not sure what year your truck is, but I just took the one off my 97 to replace it with an aftermarket one. Pay for shipping and a few bux for packing and its yours.
