Front drive shaft problems

After removing the front drive shaft on my 2004 QC 4x4, i discovered that the U-joint on the flange (constant velocity) end that mounts to the transfer case had lost it's press fit. My question is has anybody experiened this and how did they resolve it. The dealer says that the flange is not available, and that I would need to purchase a complete drive shaft.

Loctite makes products that might work. I know they have a "Bearing mount" product that holds bearings in.
I am sure you could contact them also. I have staked bores with a punch to make them hold better.

You could also try a wrecking yard to try and find the piece.
