So I have compiled a parts list for my D250 and wanted to share what I ordered to help some folks in the future, as i found it to be a rather extensive search to find everything. I measured the wheelbase and it is 131 roughly. I have the 4000 pound axles according to my door jam.

This is not including ball joint tool rental ( can be rented from most local Auto Parts stores), and other services needed to complete the job.

I still need 2 Upper isolator cups (from Dodge P/N 52038732), and some other random stuff I am sure.

Hope this helps!

yea...

You need a way to R&R them rubber bushings AND the lower ball joint. They are MORE than tight. A silly press won't work. You need something stout.

I had to replace the cross member all that stuff bolts on to. Oh yea. What fun. Mine was more than a rebuild. I seriously thought about scrapping the truck. I really did. To say I have been there and recieved the T shirt and video is an understatement.

What item is this? Would it be the part that sets ontop of the coils?

I had taken my truck back to the frame shop after all the new items had been installed for the alignment. Don't forget to do that.

I told them there was a real nasty squeek. Real bad. If I pushed down on the front bumper it would snap. I assumed that something was in a bind. They found nothing wrong during the alignment. I mentioned it was a bad lower ball joint as that sounded like the problem. Was informed it was not (TRW Joints) The weight of the truck is on that lower joint.

A guy told me to use molly grease in the joints. That stopped the nasty squeek. (use it)

Replace all them rubber bushings on the sway bar too and the front braces.

Yes it is the part that sits ontop of the spring.

yeah I plan on taking it down there as soon as I get it done.

I have some molly grease here at the house already.

hopefully all goes smooth. i will be doing it sometime after christmas and before i go back to work on 5th
