Just got in my set of Bilsteins from Off Road Warehouse. Have a couple of questions. On my old 97 1500, when I replaced the fronts on it, I had to remove a little material from the metal sleeves on the lower mount. Any body run into this problem on a 2500/3500? If so, how did you deal with it? On the rear, does one need to simply remove the upper most bolt on the right side of the stabilizer bar and move it slightly so as to allow the lower bolt on the right rear shock to come out?

Thanks in Advance

on my 3500 98 I had to loosen the anti sway and pry a bit to get the bolt out my bolts were a mess as well worn out shocks as well tighten the snot out of the bolts and if they are loose or worn looking replace them my shocks were fine the lower holes were wallered out no problem now they are tighttttt. . I had no trouble on the fronts ranchos cant help you there . . good luck Patrick

do a search... or look in a previous magazine for shock install guide. I cant recall who wrote it, but it sure helped me do my RS9000s!

Spike, I had to file some off my Bilsteins too. Someones else just posted that they did also. Been too long since I did mine, forgot how it went.
