Fuel filter life index not resetting

I have a 2016 3500 Ram Cummins, my Chrysler dealer is unable to reset the index after changing my fuel filters!!! Has anyone else had this problem?

It may take a number of attempts before the truck is happy and sees it correctly

Changed my oil and fuel filters last week and it took a couple times going through the procedure to get both to reset. Seems to me that it's all in how fast you can navigate through the sequence of pushing the buttons. Each time I have changed them it has taken at least two tries on both to reset.

Yeah.

My buttons don't respond on the first push.

Took me 4 times to get it to work. Shows miles since change 0 BUT the life would not go to 100%
