Finally had this repair a month later (took two weeks to get parts in):
Dealer replaced the CP3, apparently I also had a leak at the cylinder head, for which they replaced the fuel injector connector tube and O-ring, also under warranty.
He cleaned up the engine compartment nicely. Gotta admit, looks like he did a good job. I'll know in the morning when I leave for work if there are any new leaks.
How did it run Scott? any differant? Did they check the lift pump?
I would reset the overhead and fill it and see if the MPG gets better.
I had mine in yesterday I told them To repace the lift pump The pressure drops to 1 Psi normal and will drop to 0 psi when towing, It starves the CP3. and please check the CP3 and make sure it is doing the min. of 23,000 PSI I think it may be damaged from the lift pump starving it.
They called after checking it and said they are replacing both pumps they will be here in 1 1/2 weeks come get it if you want to drive it till then. Oo.
I was happy with that
