Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Fuel pressure dropping!!!!

I have a fass hpfp 95-1003 installed in my second gen 01. 5 dodge truck with no mods complete stock. It has been installed for four years and has no running issues it has the stock tank pickup tube and has never had the tank out,I used the hose that came with the kit and the install went perfect. my question is it normal for the pressure to drop to 10 psi under half throttle it has done that since I installed it and I noticed its getting a little worse now. Have recently installed new canister filter and Napa mesh filter. Mike B.
