I've had the Westach fuel pressure guage from Geno's installed for about a month. Very happy with it.

However, I've noticed that when the Pacbrake initiates, fuel pressure falls to zero, 0. It doesn't really matter because when you are stopping you obviously don't need any fuel pressure. As soon as I touch the throttle, the fuel pressure pops right back.

Is this normal, ok?

Huh, that's wierd. Are any of the wires in these two things hooked together? The grounds maybe? Or is it a non electric gauge like mine? I don't think that the truck would run 0 psi because the brake is on, it's an electric pump and should only vary with how much you push on the go pedal. I wouldn't worry too much, check for loose or touching wires. Could be the culprit.

I'm using the Jacob's and an autometer fuel pressure gauge. There is no change in pressure when the E-Brake engages. I would expect a wiring problem as well.

Yep, it was a wiring problem. One of the wires evidently grounded against the sending unit. Straightened out the wires. Now it works fine. Only problem is I'm only getting 9 psi from the lift pump.
