Fuel Shutoff solonoid removal ?

How do you get that darn thing out of there? Appears to be about a 15/16, I even cut off part of the metal that is in the road and for no apparent reason is even there..... is there a special tool for removal?

Dude! You didn't break that bracket did you? That's the easy way for access, I 1/2 cut mine at the hole w/ a die grinder and bent it to break off. The solenoid is 15/16, but you might need an angle wrench to get it started. Or bend a cheap wrench to fit. Some times they line up so you can get a regular wrench on, sometimes not. Usually a 1/4 turn is enough to get it started to go easy. Good luck!

I ground down the sides of a crow foot wrench and has worked well the two times that I had to use it.
