Funnest machine you've ever been in control of?

I've ridden in bi-wing planes, owned racing go karts, had the fastest street bikes and operated the largest heavy equipment. I've skied on the water and ridden the rails with a locomotive pulling coal cars. I've had ATVs, jet skis, and fought bumble bees. I've gone to fires in ladder trucks, owned a harley 883 and a Mustang GT.



But the absolute funnest thing in the world for me is the Snowmobile. I dont know what it is but I cant imagine anything more fun that going across a snow coverd field at 75mph or going through the woods on tight winding snowy trail. I sold mine a few years ago with the intent of getting another. But I didn't. I miss mine this time of year. Although snow in Indiana is hit and miss... it sure was fun when we had it.

A toss-up between 1970 440 6 pack 4 speed `cuda I got to try once ,or 1971 Hemi Challenger I only rode in. Both were = to first girly experience!:--)

Had a 94 Storm, 800 cc triple, it was "tuned". Those were noted by some as a stone. This one wasn't.

My trucks a close second, but something about blasting across snow, man what a feeling!Oo.

Without a single doubt, the ZX-12R is the best machine I have ever owned. It just does everything right for me. This is the first bike I have ever owned that will stay stock motor wise. While there are more ponies to be had in the bike, it's simply not necessary for me. Maybe in afew more years I'll add a NOS kit just for kicks.



In the dirt, the 2003 KTM 250SX is insane. Fastest 2 stroke dirtbike I have ever owned or ridden.



I don't own a sled, but I've rode a few and I have to agree, they are a blast as well.

My CR250R was the most fun I could have with my pants on!! I just sold it and I'm going to buy an '03 or '04 CRF450R. Four strokes are the wave of the future.

Be carefull that bike is very unreliable. You are to rebuild them every 15 hours. A freind of mine got on and had a head leak the 2nd weekend. Head gaskets are a major problem with them. :{

My '78 Buick Regal with an 800 hp Olds 455 (+N20) chained into it.



It would pull the front tire(left side) on the street upon takeoff if you wanted, it would lay rubber rolling at 55 if you wanted.



I scared many people in that car.



Eventually junked car, kept motor. Chassis kept twisting and shattering windshield.



Best dang fun ever in that car. I am gonna build one right here in a year or two





Anyone got a line on a 78-79 Regal that was a 6 cyl turbo car??

(they had aluminum hoods, and fibreglass trunk lids)

Snowmobiling was it for me when I was in Ak. My Harley runs a close 2nd, but there's nothing like screamin' across a frozen lake at 100 mph , or taking a nice, chill, trail ride back to check out a glacier, and then riding right through the middle of a herd of moose, (slowly, so we didin't spook them), while they're grazing.

Those were the days.

not fast but very fun, heavy equipment! cat d11 dozer and cat 992 front end loader. these things are huge and powerful! I would visit my dad at the strip job when he worked night shift and he would let me run them for a little bit.

Well for me no Learjets or Texans or Hueys but I got to fly my neighbor's boss's 1971 Beechcraft Duke, twin 335 horse Continentals, pressurized. It was fun and was only 20 when I flew it, two years ago. Doing wingovers in a C172 is fun, just make sure you stay within the Vne speed and the G limits

RT66DOC - even more fun than when I got stick time in the T-6 was when I got to ride in the back during a 5 ship T-6 close formation flight over a fly-in!!
