That's amazing clutch life especially considering you have the higher geared G-56 compared to the earlier ones.
My wife knows how to baby a clutch. I've never got that kind of use out of one. Best I've done is 200,000 on Luk clutch . Only got 80,000 on a Southbend before it commited suicide in my '95 5.9 3500 NV4500.

Just a quick question on G56 gear oil.

Has anyone tried the Lucas Oil offering of Synthetic 50 wt Trans Oil? It shows the same transmission builders approvals as the Mobil Delvac Synthetic Transmission Fluid 50 and similar if not better spec. It is a API-MT-1, still waiting on Lucas to get back with me on meeting GL-4 specs, which I believe it does.
Only asking because the Lucas product is easier for me to purchase locally.

If anyone is interested, I just heard back from Lucas and the 50 wt is GL-1 rated.

Attached is a picture of what I first see when I pull shifter housing off. Not sure what tech term is or if they are normal. Truck has always shifted relatively great unless in the city stop and go traffic light then it gets a little rough

Are you referring to the discoloration on the shift rail notches? Is that the discoloration from heat treating the rails at the selector shaft?
