Yes, For a dual gauge its hard to beat a SPA



Kinda spendy but when you consider they have programmable led warnings along with recall of high measurements logged plus the EGT can function as a cool down timer the cost is more justifiable.

Has anybody actually hooked there gauge light up to the dimmer on an 06??? Doesn't sound like it and if you have an 03-05 ITS NOT THE SAME! Seriously the polarity has been reversed, this is why if you hook it up like a traditional gauge install the dimmer will work backwards.

The dimmer behind the light switch is not the only option for lights (or power). I tapped the heater controls circuitry for backlighting. Just another option...

How about tips on where to install the trans temp sensor on the 48re?

I also noticed that most of the higher end tuner boxes have EGT probes. So it you have an EGT guage already installed, do you have to add another probe for the "box"? If so, I imaging that the manifold will start to get weaker where all the holes are drilled.

I asked this same question on here a while back and the general feeling I got was that you COULD use one pyro for both a "box" and a gauge.

Just pull the dash apart. It should unclip without too much trouble...
