HI Guys:
Where is the best place to mount a pair of gauges? I have a Boost and E. G. T gauge from Banks but have not installed them yet. I was leaning towards the A-Pillar mount but was wondering if there was a dash mount. I think this will be a straightforward process.
I will just screw in the fitting for teh boost gauge into the intake directly below the intake hose on top of the engine, right? For the Pyrometer, i'm going ot but it pre-turbo so I drill a 1/4" hole into the manifold, TST has great instructions in their book, and tap it. Now, for teh lighting, I just take the light switch out and hook one wire into it and the other to ground, correct? I suppose you use a volt meter to see which wire has power when the parking lights are on?
Thanks for the tips.
Installing 3. 5" Jardine performance exhaust tomorrow, I'll let you know how it turns out.
