First I would like to say sorry about your dad. Ive lost my dad, 2 grandfathers, one grandma, and my wife since Ive been a member here and the others as well as Robert and Robin have been nothing but nice to me. I ask that you please find better ways to deal with anger before calling someone a liar on a public forum... pm me if you need to talk... Im a great listener.
Second I have been there done that too on back ordered parts as I own a shop and it can be frustrating. Its even worse when its a customer truck and they are hounding you for their ride back. This is just the way it works sometimes and when its busy at a business sometimes things get out of hand so to speak.
Third I would like to point out that I have many vendors I purchase parts through at wholesale prices but I always try to spread my purchases around and help those that have helped me. Genos has always been good to me and I make sure to order from them occasionally at the same pricing any member here gets. Sure I could buy it all somewhere else and maybe cheaper but I know within myself that they appreciate the extra 1000 dollars or so of business each year and their customer service is the best Ive ever experienced. Please give them another chance and Im sure they will show you as well what many of us already know about their customer service.
