just going to take a minute and pass along a good customer service story. as some of you know i have been having problems with my autometer boost gauge. i wrote autometer and we came to the conclusion that the gauge was bad. i was told to return it for repair or replacement. i could not find my receipt. i wrote Genos and asked if they kept it on thier computer. i explained my situation and asked if they would send or forward me a copy. well when i got home today, not only did i find a copy of my receipt, but there was a new gauge in the box :D . there is also a prepaid return label to send back the bad one. this was the last thing i expected. talk about taking care of the customer. i'm thrilled. :D

I will second that. Great people great service. Anybody bought the Real Trucks Rattle Shirts?. Those things are great looking.

Thanks Geno's for being there. (I expect my endorsement check in a week? :D )

I will never shop there again. I do like the Real Trucks Rattle shirt though. (Just one bad experience over mistapped banjo fittings) They expected me to own a tap set to tap something I purchased. I kinda like to install something right out of the box. Not take it to a machine shop to fix it first. I am probably starting a war. I hope not but woopee.

Back in December I ordered a few oil filters, some other junk (can't remember what) and some splash guards for my brothers ford f-350. The order was placed on the web site. They personally called me within a couple hours and wanted to make sure I knew I had ordered CTD oil filters and ford splash guards. I told them I was buying stuff for my truck and doing a little Christmas shopping at the same time. I thought that was good service. I will continue to shop there.

Just wish they had monthly specials like Piers!;) ;)

Three cheers for Genos!

When I bought and installed my gauges my boost gauge seemed to stick at around 8-10 psi. I called Genos, explained the problem and they sent me a new one with return postage paid for the old one. What a deal just swap it out and send the old one back. Not too many places around with that kind of service.

That's why I bought from Genos because I read similar stories here when researching gauges etc.

Same here. I bought the dipricol gages and the isolator failed allowing diesel to enter the cab. The gage itself failed and I had a big leak. They replaced the bad fuel pressure gage with a cubby mount westech and replaced the pricol fuel gage with a transmission temp gage so I would have all 3 gages matching on my pillar. Great job.
