just going to take a minute and pass along a good customer service story. as some of you know i have been having problems with my autometer boost gauge. i wrote autometer and we came to the conclusion that the gauge was bad. i was told to return it for repair or replacement. i could not find my receipt. i wrote Genos and asked if they kept it on thier computer. i explained my situation and asked if they would send or forward me a copy. well when i got home today,not only did i find a copy of my receipt,but there was a new gauge in the box
. there is also a prepaid return label to send back the bad one. this was the last thing i expected. talk about taking care of the customer. i'm thrilled.
