Genos muffler eliminator kit

Are there any members out there in TDR land that have used the Geno's muffler eliminator kit on a 02 with an automatic? I want better sound and performance. I was planning on new system from Pier's, but this may be a way to save a few bucks.

I'll bet we could put something together for you cheap. I have a couple 4" scraps in the garage that might work.

I've got one on my 01 eth. sounds much better to me. Not as harsh as a straight pipe but much throatier than stock. Bighammer is right, you can piece something together easily. the MEK just makes it really easy. about the only gain you should expect is a little less egt's. Mine dropped only a little. I didn't notice any power imrovements (didn't expect any) and I don't think it spools any quicker (some say it will spool faster). Good luck.

I installed the muffler eliminator after removeing everything and decided it was way too loud. Reinstalled the resonator with Geno's pipe and the sound was much better. Still get looks all the time from people wondering what's going by.
