I guess my suggestion would be 1)adjust the height of your hitch, 2) adjust the pin box on the trailer to get the trailer fairly level (a couple inches off is not a big deal). If this results in too little clearance between top of box and bottom of 5th wheel (about 6" minimum), you have no choice but to lower the rear of the truck a bit. In my case I took the stock 4" blocks out between rear axle and springs and replaced it with a 2" block. This gave me enough clearance.
I have mentioned this before, but I don't know why you can't order a 4x4 without the rear end being so high. I would dare to say most of us aren't running around in the pucker-brush and don't need that ground clearance.
