Well I have the pressure back to 18 at idle and 15 under hard throttle. Of course it was the last filter i changed that got it back to normal. Changed the pre pump filter then the 2 micron and finally the stock filter. The stock filter I could tell was full as it was heavier than any other time I have changed it.
Questions for other using the GDP pump and 2 micron filter.
Should I bump my pressure up higher than the 18? maybe 25?
AFE, silicone torque tube, TST 4x4 and no kitty, [ Stock Turbo :-( ]
Are you still using the stock filter canister in the fuel line? I wanted to keep this in my fuel line for the heater purpose but am not sure if I would be better off just relying on the 2 micron filter. At least if I start loosing pressure I will know it is the 2 micron filter to change. Can/Should I just install the stock canister cover without a filter? Now I had to change both to find out what was wrong.
Presently I go from tank > filter > pump > bypass> stock canister > 2 micron filter > CP3.
What are others doing?
