GLTDR Revival

Am I missing something? There is talk of doing some wrenching and an open house somewhere at a particular time, which is all great. But, what about the "Revival Meeting"?



I can only be there one day, and there are probably others as well who may only be there for one day. So, with that in mind, has there been a time, day, and place set for the revival meeting meeting?

Great Job bighammer! This is just what the club needs, people that aren't afraid to do something! Let us know what you set up and we can have a convoy from the hotel Saturday morning.

Anyway, I have the conference room booked on Sunday January 19th from 1000 to 1500 (that's 10 to 3 for all you cake eaters! )

for our "GLTDR revival". This is a conference, so bring your ideas about the club to share and no idea is a dumb one.

There are only 4 rooms booked and only 4 days to make reservations, so call the hotel soon.

Hey, nothing is set in stone yet. I could probably get him to do it later if that is what people would like. I'm pretty excited about the whole thing. He sounds like a really good guy and could be a great resource for us. He said he would try to have a pump appart so we can see the internals for those who haven't been there yet. Probably run one on the stand and explain what they do to set it up right. Maybe show injector testing? Who knows? Any requests?



BTW: You got to thank those WI guys because I got the idea from them. They set up a similar thingat Hucksdorf Diesel in Milwaukee.

I'm confused (again ..... or still ) Are we doing the Comfort Inn or Quality Inn? Or are the link and ph # go to the same place? They sound like they might be different to me

I've been making plans to attend the Sunday portion, to support the revitalization of the club, but now I'm thinking about coming out for both days.

If you are still on campus after finals, maybe we can get together during the break. Jeremy and I work in Lilly Hall, and are in the building usually all day. I am glad someone spoke up about Comfort and Quality. I have reservations for the Quality Inn 3121 E Grand River,Lansing.

I had a map printed for Comfort Inn So I would have arrived and The Hotel wouldnt have known me. I really would have looked like a cake eater. Question am I in the right hotel?
