I never thought of the tighter converter causing lag. That would probably explain it. I know I have to watch on wet roads it will break them loose on the shift
I dont understand alot of the GSK. I rarely ever see over 21-2200. Doesn't that put you out of the power range? I'm used to the big block diesels and we never ran them much over 2300rpm
