Finally decided between the Walbro 392 and the FASS. Now, which set up should I go with. I notice they now have a 2 micron F/W separator combo. Should I go that route and use thier stock filter housing eliminator. Or just run from the 392 to the stock fuel filter and then to the remote 2 micron and big line to the cp3?
I know if I bypass the stock unit I will lose the fuel heater and "water in fuel" sensor. Even though I have owned 3 of these trucks and never seen the sensor go off.
The truck is an '04. 5 auto so I will have to mount the single remote MK-2 somewhere under the drivers side inner frame. Damn throttle linkage cover!
