Hey Sick Boy, sorry to hear you sold her. Hope you got a good $$$ that was one sweet truck. Good luck w/Mustang - let Kelly & I know when you're ready to install the nitros kit and Turbo. Hey my stock turbo might work on the stang . . . it's just sittin in the garage . . . . let me know what 1/4 mile times you turn with it. Buddy of mine owns a Mustang shop not too far from where I live - he does "everything" to all of them from 64 1/2 up to 07s.

Merry Christmas to you and family and a safe New Year.

Forgive me for hi-jacking your thread Sick boy, I'm also going to sale my 04. 5 Laramie Dually 4X4 that is absolutely loaded with accessories, 26,600 mi. , "Excellent Condition". I've got so much stuff that will go with it. (11 cases of CI 4 plus PB Extreme 5W40 and a lot more). Health reasons for sale. Sick Boy, my apologies for the hi-jack. Happy Holidays to everyone.

Man you really are a "sick boy". You should see a specialist. Is it to late for some TDR members to get together and have an intervention with you? Im afraid this ferd addiction is more then you can handle on your own. Dont worry I've put in a call to Dr. Phil and he is very interested in helping you. Do they have faa (ferd addicts anon)meetings in your town? Its just really sad to see you slide down that slippery slope all by yourself. But if you wont listen to TDR or Dr. Phil I guess this means goodbye. Just remember when all your fair weather friends leave you in your broke down car on the side of the track , call out the name of St. Dodge and a TDR member will appear to tow you home. Good luck out there all by yourself in that big scarey Ferd world. I think I need a tissue.

AND to get up that slippery slope you'll need 4WD!! AND whose gonna carry the pony home iffen it go lame?? Seriously, best of luck with soon-to-be classic car!!

Personally for me if I was to own a car, it would probably be a (hate to say it) 2003 TDI Jetta for mileage & ability to run on biodiesel. If not that then it would be an old clunker 4 door toyota corolla (dont care how it looks as long as its kept clean). Sorry america you just dont make a reliable car like toyota does or a decent diesel car that i know of. (Used to only buy american, but that is not the way to force us to make a better product. That only enables us to keep building marginal products).

Back to the main point. . Cars to me are just for transpo. I really dont care if it is a plain jane vehicle. They are good for one main reason only, moving you from point a to point b. Thats all. I dont need a beemer or high end car to get from a to b.

Added: Unless you are a collector or hobbyist. .

Trucks are much more practical. You can do a lot of things with them that you cant with a car. The list of additional uses is long.

That is why I won't sell my truck.

If it were for a Shelby I might be able to understand but for a plain GT. . uh no. Your truck was faster. . could tow. . haul. . didn't get stuck in snow. . are you sure you made the right choice? Just kiddin man, if you need a tow when you get stuck I'll come from Utah because I'll be able to make it and help ya out.

You shoulda held out for the return of the Camaro... Your Dodge isn't the only thing that'll eat that pony car's lunch! LOL

Dino...

Sorry to hear that you left your ride slip off into the sunset, but,I do understand.

Just becuase you have left the diesel world does not mean you have to be a stranger and drop a note from time to time. You do have a bunch of friends in the local chapter and your smiling face is still welcome.

Remember,Dave-George and Jason up at the dyno shop specialize in your new rides HP desires,LOL. Be wary though as the slippery slope of HP is just as bad with the Stang as it is the Cummins.

Keep in touch my friend... ... ..... Andy
