Good diesel shop in San Diego area?

Have a friend of a friend with an 03 that has spent a bunch of money on a lack of power complaint on his truck with 140,000 miles. The current mom and pop shop is saying he needs another set of injectors (just replaced). So can someone make a recommendation on a shop (does not want to go to a dealer) that might be able to diagnose it?
