Good Exerience With A Dealer

After hearing all of you guys complain about the service at your 5 screw dealers, I thought it would be nice if I told of my good experience at my dealer.

Last week I took my truck in because I wanted them to look and see if I had an oil leak. Called Monday morning,took truck in Monday after work. As soon as I got there they started immediately on my truck. I had to wait for my wife to pick me up so I had an hour or so to wait. The mechanic diagnosed my problem as the overflow bottle being full. No biggy.

Then I told them that I had some play in my steering. They looked at that and found a little slack so they repalced that under my extended warranty. I also told them that I wanted my valves adjusted as they had never been in 76000 miles. I also had them change my brake pads. This is about 7:00 Monday night.

Left my truck overnight and didn't expect to get it back for a day or so. But at 10:00 the next morning,they called and said everything was finished and they had even thrown in a free oil and filter change! I was a very happy camper to say the least.

So I am giving praise to my 5 STAR dealer Cumberland Dodge in Cookeville,Tn.

I think you found a keeper... . actually I think there are some good dealers out there..... its just the bad ones we hear about.
