Yes, it will work on the 2006. The 2006 is designed for exhasust brake usage with autos and will not void the warranty. I don't know where twin cities is, but I carry them.

They all say that the only difference between the '05 and the '06 jake brake is the length of one wire going to the ECM. In '06 the ECM was moved to the other side of the engine block. Jake changed the wire length and generated a whole new part # for the brake kit. I just lenthened the wire and it works fine. I bought mine off eBay for $700 from a dealer on the east coast.

I called Pacbrake and they told me to move the vent inlet which I did, still overheats alot. I have made it regular practice to pour water over the compressor everytime I stop for fuel. This helps but is kind of a pain. Are you guys that are running pacbrake having similar problems?
