I have heard LOTS of horror storys!!-------
in divorce court. About the worst thing about a court of general jurisdiction (i. e. can hear any kind of case, so long as it involves more than $25k or caries more than one year in jail), is that I had to hear lots of divorce cases.
Most start with TWO tales of horror; first the party who initiates the divorce makes an opening statement (or the attorney does), then the responding party makes their opening statement.
In at least 85% of the cases you would swear they were talking about completely different marriages!!!
Each view is a horror story, but about the other person.
A bum way to make a living-----give me good old murder cases any day.
