Gooseneck Hitch?!?!

Does anyone make a flip-up ball gooseneck hitch or a flip over ball gooseneck hitch for a 92 W250 that bolts right on the frame? If so, where and how much? Thanks.

B&W makes a Turnover ball for the first gen trucks, but it requires a couple holes be drilled. Other than than I ain't aware of any.
