Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Got Beat by a V-10 FORD !!!!

Well, actually I let him win - Honest!!! Here's how - and I think you're gonn'a like it... ... . I feel kind'a bad... ...



I was coming across the freeway and was getting off at an exit and a big bad Ford - Newer One - all dolled up - dude with all the stuff.



Well I was thinking here's a PS I can play with BUT it's a V-10! Things didn't work out quit right at the exit ramp and we were getting on a big wide multi lane street - wow maybe here -- but cars got in the way and it wasn't looking good - BUT all of a sudden all of the cars in my lane turned left AND I got to move up AND there was a Red Light - PERFECT!!!!!!



I pull up along side him - put here in 5x5 and look his was - cool dude has deep tinted windows and was reving the motor.



I gave him a laugh and a thumbs up - AND just before I was going to blast off - I noticed a police car about 5 cars back in his lane... ... BUT MR COOL V-10 Didn't see him and Off He Went at least 60 in this 35 MPH zone - Guess Who was in hot putsuit??????



So I lost - But won..... sure glad I looked over my shoulder -



I did get to give him a good thumb's up as I went by - at a mere 34 mph - man was he tee'd off.....

Yeah sometimes its a good thing to look around. I am sure that if you hit the throttle and left a billowing cloud of smoke he would of pulled you over not him. I would definitely call it a win.

Actually it was in a place about 100 miles from where I live and I never get there... But I didn't really have enough time to do anything it was like - everything kind'a stood still. I was within 1/10 of a second from liftoff and for somereason my Yellow Lab nuzzled me and I turned around and saw ole Mr. Lightbar and well the rest is history... ...

Lots of the newer CHP cars don't have light bars, they have all of their lights in the windows (the front red light is right in front of the rear view mirror, hardly visible). The only visible feature is the black hood and white roof... love that lift kit! Even the new Camaro pursuit cars look like they have a low profile roof rack AND THEY ARE ALL WHITE!!!
