Got rearended, need bumper advice

I am not against getting a Reunel, but they are a little pricey and if they do have an integrated class 5 hitch, do i remove my stock hitch? does the reunel replace the rear cross member if the hitch is removed/

Yes and yes. It's pretty easy to do if you can get a friend to help. A floor jack to get the 175# bumper up is also a good thing.
