If you mess with that filler you will get a cell, its part of the emissions system, just fold a oil damp shop towel over the top for dust control

IMHO the dustless cap fill will be replaced with something else soon. The door has a soft rubber seal but I guarantee there will be dust in the fill hole. I would be using a baggie and rubber band if it was my truck.

I'm going to do something. But this design leaves a lot to be desired... A locking fuel cap would be nice as I have always had one. I cant install the locking fuel door cover as its not the right one. Dont know if they have made on for 2013 yet.
