not really, DODGE has my hands ties on the CAL emissions package (YCF)... i am still trying to get dodge to let me order the package, but so far only border states can, darn them!!

Ok guy's I found the following out today.

Lilly Kowarski at Desert Dodge in Las Vegas will go $500. 00 over invoice if more then 3 people are in the buy deal otherwise it's $1,000. 00 over invoice. Scott at Carson city Dodge in Nevada will go $400. 00 over invoice no matter how many are in the buy deal.

Take this for an example I want a DR8H41,2UH,ETH,DG8,PBJ,APD,QS2,VL,-DV,ADB,GPG,YEP,NHK,DMF,6C6,DSA,AHC,XJL,CMA,RB4,NAE.

This is a fully loaded short bed 4x4 quad cab diesel with a nav system and dark leather laramie pkg in two tone atlantic blue paint. I priced this pkg at 4 different dealers 2 in Nevada and 2 in California and all their prices are right around $ 38,000. 00 before Tax and License. This same truck is $36,400. 00 in Washington and $36,790. 00 at tommyguns prices. So you see that the Cal emissions tag is worth to these dealers at right around $ 15-1700. 00 dollars and it's only a piece of paper that makes the difference bcause all the trucks are being built the same.

Well kevin Sadler so far you have the best deal at $650. under count myself and Erick unthank in along with the jeepdude as soon as I get his phone number.

I'm getting leads left and right towards this post about dealers that are willing to handle the orders. My latest is in a border state up north called oregon and I am going to check on these leads on monday afternoon. Thanks for everyone's reply to this thread it's been a big help in trying to overcome the extra charge that the cal dealers are adding to the truck just for the carb tag. Rick

I called one dealer in oregon and was quoted the same california prices so that did'nt work out. I will try to reach another dealer tomorrow because he was off today. Rick

Just a word. Lilly at Desert Dodge in Las Vegas likes to charge for extra crap like "Desert Prep Package" and stuff like that. (undercoating type stuff). I have always considered that a rip off.

I'll do everyone one better! How about 1% below dealer invoice? Sound good? It's a little something called the Chrysler Friends and Family Program. Someone out there has got to know someone or is related to someone who is a DC employee or supplier. My father-in-Law is a supplier and that is how I got my first '03. Saved about 4,000 off of MSRP. All you need is the persons plan number and the company they work for.
