DTT Trans Enhancer

I've yet to hear from anyone with a DD clutch that can say difinitively, "yes, this product makes a diffrence". To smooth the vibration caused by the DD would be great but with my limited physics background I have to be skeptical this product can do it at the low rpm which it occures. Sombody please, tell me I'm wrong.

This is my concern too. I have a DD and stock damper. I'm convinced I would need the middle of the larger two models but that's just my hunch. I'm thinking of calling PDR and see what they've tested. next call would be to Interprise to see which they are using on various pullers.

I ordered one to see if it will help with the DD vibrations. I will let you know how it turns out when I get it installed. Should be in around the 15th or so :D

Some one has to be a guinea pig ;)

This is all providing that I get it by the 15th. I have a 10 days off to do some testing, so hopefully it will get here by then!

I used to use Fluidampers on high-powered, race-type Sea-Doos and WaveRunners. They worked great for reducing vibrations on these machines that were turning usually up to 2000 rpm more than stock. The downside is that after some time, the fluid would completely go away. I never saw any signs of leakage, but the dampers still seemed to work well. I don't know if this is why the company stopped offering them, or if it was simply a lack of demand for the products for personal watercraft. However, the demand was sure there when they stopped selling them! I sold the remaining used ones I had for full retail, which is rare in that business.

So will there be much use for one of these on auto trucks? I look for the 95 to be near 1,000hp at the wheels (or it's gonna pop) very soon. If it would be any sort of safety precaution for the engine, it would be well worth it.

For everyone that has purchased a Fluidampr on the group purchase, if you have not recieved your damper yet it will be coming. Demand outpaced our supply and more were ordered..... I am sorry for the delay but I did not anticipate so many guys purchasing. We will get them out as soon as they are recieved and we appologize for the delay. For everyone else wanting to order the GP is good until January 31st.

I'm still on the fence for this one    ,,either i'll fall off soon or someone will knock my dumb&$$ off :D . I inquired about the larger one here is thge response I recieved so looks like the #960311 is the one for me :D

Scott, the 715285 is not SFI Accepted and is 12. 3 inches in diameter. It was designed for the 350 Cummins diesel for over the road highway use. I doubt if you could make it fit the 5. 9 Dodge Cummins engine.

We finally got the confirmation on the shipping and all dampers should be at the shop on Tuesday, we will get all of them out then. For everyone waiting sorry for the delay the demand has been very surprising... ... Also for anyone else ordering there should be an adequate supply now. :D
