When I am driving down the road my truck just wants to pull to the left and when I try to stop it is even worse. Its a 2wd also. Does anyone know what would cause this?

if the truck pulls to the left it could be the left side calliper hanging up... check the calliper pins on the left front to see if the calliper is still sliding properly, if they arent take the calliper bolts out and anti-size the crap outta the slide pins! im sure someone else has some more suggestions... this is just my . 02

I agree with Tom. You may also be able to feel the left wheel get HOT after driving it if the caliper is hung up.

If it's the brake, you should be able to smell burning pads immediately when you get out of the truck and sniff by the wheel.

Second cause of a constant pull, especially if there's no burning smell, no pulsing or changes in noise during braking, or no apparent issues upon inspecting the caliper, would be a broken shock. Try to drive with the driver's window open on a side street or empty parking lot that might have a bump or two and listen for clunking that would indicate a shock or suspension issue. A broken shock would also show signs of hydraulic fluid leakage.
