Harvey we have talked (or typed)for a few years now on TDR. When the new issue of TDR arrived the other day I took it in the library and sat down on the throne to do some serious reading. And much to my surprise I found a section that you and another had written about our beloved Max Brake. I so cherished the read that I thought the only thing better would be to have your autograph on my personal issue. So If I send you my copy of TDR (postage paid of course) could put your signature on it and put something with your RAPIER witt on it for me (I plagiarized the rapier from Cerberusiam) so when I frame it and hang it on the same library wall above the throne I can say to others I can remember Harvey when he was just another one of us. Congrats Harvey you are the MAN BIG aka Gail

Good God Harvey, I do believe you have a fan club... ... ... ... ... ..... :-laf

Don't forget us little people.....

Mike. :)

Gail, instead of autographing your TDR magazine I'll just autograph a roll of that special soft paper and send it to you to hang beside your throne.

That's what a lot of TDR members would like to use my autograph for.

remove and replace

I thought about taking my Max Brake off and then following the expert tutelage of the king of RV to reinstall it that it would work even better.

I wonder... ... I drank with many a US sailor during my career. Wonder if I actually ran into Harvey at Bernie's in the early/mid 70's. Used to be on Pacific Hwy (?) and Broadway in San Diego. Sadly, it's been a parking lot for quite some time now. I guess way back when, a female was voted mayor and she cleaned up Broadway. We always thought it was a lot of fun. Yeah, okay, only a sailor would think that.

The article came out a little confusing. Domehead bought the new truck and described his problems with the OEM brake controller in a post or posts here. I suggested he send it to me and I would edit it for clarity because I thought lots of members buying new Gen4 trucks would benefit from his experience.

I edited it and sent it on to Bill Stockard asking that my name not be added, it was Domehead's experience and report. Well, I guess Bill or Robert put my name on it also so it sounds like both of us bought new Gen4 trucks. Oh well.

Ram should either offer a built-in brake line pressure sensing controller that is compatible with drum and disc trailer brakes or not bother.
