I was just wondering if anyone has installed the Frantz oil filter yet and if so, where did you tap into a pressure line and where did you tap into the engine for the filtered oil to return. Thanks

oil filter

I have the Puradyne filter, for filter oil tap into the normal filter block, passenger side of engine, there are two taps there, one is used by the turbo.

For return oil I use a banjo fitting that plugs into the drain on the sump.

You may be able to go into the oil add location, the turbo drain, or other ways. I don't know about your filter.

I used the port on top of the filter for pressure. I drilled and tapped a hole in the valve cover on the side just aft of the fill hole. I removed the valve cover to do this. I also got some good high pressure aeroquip hoses, I didn't trust those old hoses that came with the filter. The aeroquip hoses were two wire reinforced and cost me $20. 26.
