you should have your head checked and milled if necessary, then pick your head gasket... my head was cut . 010, and I'm running a . 020" gasket

Maybe they make them now, but to get a thicker gasket you will need to buy a 12 V gasket. They are pretty much the same but you will have to punch or drill out a couple of holes.
