Try B&W, the people who are best known for their quality gooseneck and 5th wheel hitches. They make a great looking headache rack. They will also custom build about anything you can think up, so if you want some special touches on your rack, they can probably do it. I don't have one, but I've seen them at shows and they look good and sturdy. I think their website is www.turnoverball.com.

price having one made if you cant weld.
I just made one out of 2x2 1/8 inch square tubing.
i added 4 lites in the head ache rack 2red and 2 white(load lights)

turned out real nice and alot stouter than brand X
