Anyone know where you can get the headlight adjustment screws and retainer clips... . DC says I have to buy the whole light assembly... . I got it "jerryrigged" right now but would prefer to have the right parts for my beast... . Thanks

Just curious, what happend to the oringinal ones? It's only a year old?

I suppose you could look at a scrape yard, take a can of penetrating oil with 'ya. :D

I bought it (stole it) used with 19K miles. . the only flaw I have found was the drivers side light pointed down... I went to adjust it back up well someone had already tried and stripped the torx heads out of all 3 screws and missing one clip... .

I "jerryrigged" it by effective use of the sawz-all to convert the torx heads to slotted, and safety-wired the screw in place where the clip is missing, it works fine except if I need to remove the light I have to back the screw all the way out then re-aim the lights after re-assembly instead of just using the clip.

Headlight Parts

Was in a Pep Boys the other day looking for clips of Bronco Tailgate and noticed headlight adj parts in the HELP rack Should have same Rack at Auto Zone and others.

Check your local Mopar parts counter and see if the following look like what you need:

P/N 6502 776AB CLIP, Lamp, Headlamp Mounting

P/N 6033 376 CLIP, Lamp, Aero Headlamp Adjusting Screw

I ran into this same thing myself - clip popped off, etc. I was able to procure a clip from another member that had a busted head light to replace mine. Since that time I had a deer strike and busted a headlight assembly. I was able to save the clip/screw, and another member later on needed that clip so I sent it to him. I'm posting this as a reminder to other members - when you replace broken parts on your truck keep the parts in a pile, there are some parts there that may be usefull to other members (or yourself) in the future and could save someone hundreds of dollars. There are many things on our trucks that can only be bought as complete assemblies when one small part would take care of it - and the salvage yards KNOW that and charge appropriately. I save all my broken parts just in case of things like this. Pass it on! Wish I could have helped.

I still have the light "jerryrigged" but thanks for the part numbers, they are stuck on my dash... I just have not made it to the Stealer yet... . but I got my Jacob's E-Brake in and running... I love it...
