David_Vt... but you actually can not do that, because the oem fuses are Mini (I believe they are ATX size) fuses where as the Zeta's are ATO. So unless someone knows of a mini to ATO fuse adapter, this is impossible.

Kev, on the older Rams, one side of each filiment in the headligh bulb was grounded all the time, the dimmer switch switched 12v to the other side of the hi element or to the low or vice versa. In the hookup we have, 12v is on one side of each filiment all the time even when the headlight switch is off, when you turn the switch on it grounds the other side of the element which is on, the dimmer just switches the ground from hi to low or vice versa. bg
 
Ok guys. . here's what I got from the FET Tech support. These guys seem to really know there stuff.

The Zeta itself has 2 fuses that come out. . one for high beam and one for low beam. Being the way that our trucks are. . we only need to use one of them, and tap it into the positive side of the wires. So the wires that Hemi listed above are actually the ground wires. The other wire, I believe is Violet/Red. This is actually the postitive side. So if I cut that wire, insert an ATO fuse holder, then Plug the ZETA in there. . it will work on both fillaments. Sounds pretty simple. Guess I will be installing it as soon as I get home from work today...

This is not technically correct but switching the negative ( ground )is the same as switching the neutral (White) on a 120 ac, the load is always hot and the switch is on the neutral. hope this helps a little.
