That's what I've been thinking. Just some normal round headlight buckets would be great. Like I posted about mounting some in the grill. Maybe hard to do , but puting them in place of the factory lights may be a harder job as it would involve welding bodywork and paint. I too usualy use the fogs in the rain. without them I can't see the fog line on the right side as it is worn pretty bad due to construction and years of traffic.
 
So how many here use the "fog lights" when there is no fog around?





Have any of you given a thought as too how blinding those are to some one as they approach you when there is no fog and you have them on just so you can see better?:mad:



Now that I am driving a dinky rig I notice this every dang night. Sure you can see better but your blinding me to where I can hardly see the road to drive safely. :eek:#@$%!#@$%!



And yes I have them in my truck but only use them when needed as intended.

Fog lights need correct aiming just as headlights do, many people do not realize that fogs can be aimed. I feel the same as you do, I flash them with my HID lights in my fog position. If you dont want to be flashed be aware of your own light.
