Hey all you wiring guys. Question…..

Being that my 04 has 3 cigarette plugs, 1 keyed on and 2 battery.

Has anyone created a jumper between the keyed on and battery fuses? I don’t think this would work because of stacking the power draw from both battery plugs into the keyed on.

@Randomrunner12, The best way to do this is to set up a relay that works off of the keyed on circuit and run hot lead to all 3. The only major change would be replacing the hot leads to the 2 on battery. With the relay setup, you could have 30 amps of power split between the 3 outlets. What about picking up an aux fuse and relay box that you could have keyed power sent to it by a solenoid (more power then standard relay) to provide the fuse/relay box with it's power. That way you could have relays and fuses for or things. https://www.the12volt.com/ site should be able to help you with the wiring of relays and the such. I have a print out of the most common relay pin outs in the truck for reference. I hooked up side LEDs on the truck to flash with turn signals using relays. Gives a bit more of a signal to some who just change lanes without looking to see who's there! Plus with a white truck, it seems to be invisible! Plus if on the shoulder at night, I want to be seen!
Looking again at what you're asking, tap off of the hot lead from the keyed outlet to trip the relay on to provide power to the other 2 outlets. Either way works, just use whatever works the best for you. I've found the soldering all connections work much better in the long run! I have a ethernet wire jacket stripper that I can adjust the blade to slice along the wire to open it up without cutting it. Then I open the strands and feed the tap wire through and twist around, solder and seal with liquid tape. Just the way I like to do those things. Added an aftermarket remote star to the DW's SUV this way and it's worked flawless since the install. Don't want loose wires in the steering column! Good luck with changes and ask away.
