Any ideas where to get good new/used ski boat trailer?

I have to have a new heat pump installed in my house. I am looking at American Standard and Lennox. Which do you guys think is the best between the two. I would appreciate any info you can give.

I thought American Standard made toilets?

I've had Lennox in the past - dual heat pumps that ran a 4 level 4000 sq ft house in Maryland. In the winter those things would run and run and run. Always ran good as long as I kept the snow off from around them during a storm.

Only problems were that one of the units liked to blow the start cap every other year in the spring - 10 minutes and its good to go. And the other liked to trip a high pressure circuit breaker - push it back in and good to go. These were installed new on the new house, and faithfully ran for 10 years until I sold it.

Can't comment on Am Std - as I said I thought they only made plumbing fixtures.

Oh yeah - forgot to add that these Lennox units were the quietest I've ever owned. You could be standing next to the air handler and have to put a hand on it to see if it was really running.

Trane is more expensive, but the only one I will purchase. Sorry, know it wasn't one of your choices. I have had the American Standards and they did pretty good. Have family with the Lennox and those seem (again opinion) to be a little more reliable. The Trane units are supposed to be the most reliable on the market and proved themselves through many years of service.

Thanks for the help guys. I have always heard that Trane is the best out there. I'll have to think it over a little more before making my decision.

My current house came with a Carrier. If it was up to me, it would have been a Trane.

First, Trane is part of American Standard. Second I would stay away from anything Lennox. I work for a Trane dealer in town (Climate Control) and remember seeing a survey about major brand HVAC equipment ranking. First was American Standard, second Rheem, Third Trane. Lennox and Carrier ranked in the middle with the no name cheapy brands (Tempstar, Jantrol) on the bottom
