2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Help..alignment specs

I posted a few days ago but i cant seem to get help

Someone posted specs to try to cure the death wobble a while back,,,,i cant find them anymore,,,or who posted them,,

I need to find those quickly before i put new tires on. .
