Help, Need Injector Tips Or Injectors

i shouldnt notice it since i just rebuilt the pump and cranked it up, put in an intercooler with 3 inch tubes and a 2nd gen intake elbow,with the new injectors, set the valves, new lift pump. without the i/c i got 42psi with a modified crossover pipe.

just drove the truck today with new injectors and runs so much smoother, and quieter, acceleration feels much smoother and takes less pedal effort to keep at speed, and i still havent put the intercooler in yet, waiting for some parts, but i made a 2 1/4 inch diameter crossover pipe to replace the stocker which looks like 1 1/2 inch at the turbo outlet.



i cant watch the boost gauge for too long because im moving too fast but it looks like just under 45psi. is that too much for stock turbo?

I pulled a turbo not long ago that was seeing that pressure and a bit more. It lost preassure and upon pulling it, the turbine was torn apart.

That's about 20psi too much for your baby stock h1c.

ok, so do i need a new turbo or put a hx35 wastegated housing on it?

I'd look into a PDR HX35 or a HTT etal, upgrade kit of some sort.

I "think" Daniel's etal is an internet slang term for "equal to"/"same as" etc.



He has used it in the past and sorta kinda figgured this out over the years... .

Etal is a word used in the legal system for "and others". Comes from the latin word et alii.
