I did the stabilizer, Bilstein shocks, Luke's Link, and front pads about 3 weeks back. The stabilizer was a piece of cake, no issues at all in getting the old one off... ..... the Heckethorn went on very easy.
WOW, what a POS the factory shocks were!!! The Bilsteins ride a little rough unloaded, but now I don't have to take dramamine for the charterboat ride the old shocks gave. The wander is pretty much gone, ride much improved, but braking still needs some work (rears).
Worst part of the whole deal was the front shocks. Make sure you have either a nice sunny day or a nice warm DRY place to work, cuz you'll be there a while!
And double check your work... ... my truck was making a loud crashing sound all the way home from my buddy's place where we did the work... ... couldn't figure it out. Finally crawled under it, and

DOH when he was doing the right rear (I was doing the brakes), he didn't hook the top of the shock up!!! No harm no foul... ...
