noticed a puddle of water yesterday under the drivers floor mat yesterday.
I figured it was from the rear brake light, so did some investigating and found it is definetly not from the brake light. i removed my rear seat, and pulled back the carpet from the driver side front and back so I could get a good look.
I placed a hose on top of the car and let it run down the drivers side of the car. After sitting inside for about 5 minutes water was flowing in from the back and flowing up front.
It seems to be getting by the inner door seal some how, but with the door shut, I cant see exactly where it is coming in. Any ideas?
I cleaned it up real good and replaced it and made sure it was fitting tight, and it is still leaking. I have the "newer" outer seal, and it is in good shape. The inner seal seems fine, so what gives? What should i do? should i fill the joint with weather strip adhesive and replace?
i can see exactly where it is getting by, but it is definetly the inner seal leaking.
I can take pictures an repost if my description is confusing.
thanks in advance for any help
