Well I appreciate you taking the time to help me out. I'll get ahold of a shop and see about getting it in for a trans checkup/diagnosis. Maybe it's fine and I'm just expecting too much from the stock like rebuild that may have been done on it.
If the trans shop finds nothing wrong, do you think the superior shift kit, band lever, anchor, accumulator, servo, gps and whatever other valve body parts I bought some time ago, would improve it's performance before TC lock up? Or is that not worth the time?
 
It sure helps for the longevity with the upgraded internals, also the shifts will be crisper.
If the pressures are where they need to be and that is what the shop has to find out.
