Hey I need A 03 Cummins Automatic Transmission.

Or if anyone knows what my truck wont shift into the highest gear Please Tell me.

A faulty APPS can cause this. Was this a sudden failure or was it acting up from time to time before this?

Well actually we just bought the trauck and while we were on our way back we noticed it didnt work.

Hi I drove on the broken overdrive for 2000km.

I bought it this way.

The other ones run perfect.

The place where I baught it the opened it at the bottom and in the oil there was little yellow metal dust.

I came home this way and dont if I should repair it or buy another one.

We are in Manitoba. The truck is a 4x4 It has not been modified in any way.

Does the "O/D OFF" illuminate in the odometer window on the gauge cluster, when you activate with the end switch on the gear shift lever?
