Has anyone explored if the '03s have the high idle PTO option that can be programmed?

PATRIOT_Ram said:The automatic high idle is standard on the '03 - '05. It increases the RPM automatically after two or three minutes to 1000 rpm if the engine is too cold or too hot at idle in park or neutral. If you press the gas, brake, clutch, or change gear, the idle returns to 750.

The only way I have been able to get heat out of the truck is with my new pacbrake engaged at idle. I started the truck at -20 and let it idle with the pacbrake on. It idled up to 1000 and after 15 minutes or so of idling, it was at full operating temp!! The exhaust brake is the best thing I ever bought for my truck and I hardly do any pulling!!
